*** TOUR EVENT CHECKLIST ***

*** PLAN TO BE 15 MINUTES EARLY FOR CHECK IN***

Things to make your adventure more enjoyable…

Wear comfortable clothing and foot attire. You’ll be on your feet most of the time. Downtown Orlando has alot of uneven surfaces so closed toe shoes are highly advised.

Bring a camera or any other ghost hunting equipment you have. You’re part of the team so help us capture evidence.

Bring an Umbrella if it looks like it’s going to rain. The only time we cancel is if it’s considered SEVERE weather.

Bug spray if it’s an outdoor event. (Orlando was called Mosquito County and for a good reason)

CASH! There are lots of great vendors/restaurants on our route where you can grab a soda/snack to go and of course souvenirs! Not all vendors or business take credit cards, and sometimes they require a minimum purchase, so cash is easier!

Our guides are also able to accept tips. It’s never expected but always appreciated.

Please try not to wear overbearing scented products because this may interfere with the investigations.

Please notify the guide if you have any special medical needs or concerns.

Remember this is ghost tour NOT a haunted house attraction. Therefore our guides will NOT be jumping out at you or grabbing at you like in a haunted attraction. We do NOT employ Slimmer or Casper so they WON’T be making an appearance on our tour. Most of all… come with an open mind and

Come to Have FUN!

AMERICAN GHOST ADVENTURES CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please DO NOT ask the tour guide for a refund. They DO NOT have the authorization to do so. Please check with your entire party and verify the dates before purchasing tickets! If you must cancel, we can issue you a ONE TIME rain check that is good for 2 years from the PURCHASE date. We can mail you a hard copy of your ticket so you can give it away if need be. Florida is a tourist destination so we understand that you can overbook yourself but please understand if you chicken out, get tired, get lost, change your mind, or even if it’s the last day of your vacation and you’re leaving tomorrow we can offer you a rain check but ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you request a raincheck in less than 2 hours of the tour, a $12.00 charge will be made to your account. Under extreme conditions, if a refund is issued, a surcharge of $10 PER PERSON will be assessed for holding your spot and loss of revenue for the company.

Our tours run rain or shine. Florida has rainstorms all the time and we can NOT cancel because of rain. It will have to be EXTREME weather conditions for us to cancel. Example: National weather warning alerts. In the rare event that American Ghost Adventures MUST CANCEL a tour, we will call you and give you the option of a FULL refund or rescheduling. You will not be given a refund unless AGA cancels the tour.
